• multifunctional center with congress hall, hall for open workshops, media room, cinema/theater hall, administration
• sport center with hall, bowling alley, gym, fitness hall and wellness center
• open house intended for municipal management
• high category hotel with 15 luxurious suites
• commercial units ranging from 40m2 to 500m2
• open and partially open squares
• parking – 100 parking places in the underground garage and open parking with 50 parking places
