The apartment is located in the Center of Uzice in the old city house. The front street-facing façade is under the cultural heritage protection, having significant architectural and urban values. Entrance of the apartment is situated on the southern part of the garden lot.

The concept of the reconstruction is maintained through the following aspects:

Grouping and relocating the service premises into the middle part of the apartment – forming a single box with kitchen, toilette, and working space,

Maximum opening of the rather closed south façade, which enhances natural illumination of the apartment.
