Quality of the location and its views were the key of conceptual design elements – opening views towards the sea, large glass surfaces, fluid spaces, the life in the open or partially open space, are the main attributes of the design.
The task was to form two separate apartment units. Somewhat smaller unit in the ground level with the garden, and the upper floor unit with the roof garden.
